The Swordfern group site is situated within the campground at Gordon Bay Provincial Park and will accommodate up to 50 campers/picnickers. Plenty of parking is nearby connected to the group site by a small bridge with another very small parking area beside the group site for 1-2 vehicles. The shelter includes running water both hot and cold with sinks, potbelly stoves, electricity for small appliances and picnic tables. There is a communal fire pit with benches surrounding it and outhouses nearby. The campground has a shower building which is also available for group campers. Maximum group size is 50.

The group is open from May 15 to September 30.
